Vergi Bilincinin Oluşumunda Bilişim Teknolojilerinin Rolü: İzmir İli İçin Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Today, it is necessary to establish and give effect to the mechanisms which increase the tax awareness to ensure the maximum benefit from taxation. Information technologies, which plays a very important role for the country’s economy by increasing the tax awareness. In this study, firstly, tax awareness concept and the importance of information technologies in creation of tax awareness are introduced and the point how the use of social media tools affects the tax awareness is emphasized. Then, a survey is conducted for the Certified Public Accountant for the province of Izmir .The answers to the survey questions in the questionnaire are firstly subjected to the analysis of the frequency and reliability and then eight of them are subjected to the ANOVA test within the framework of one-way analysis of variance and the findings are evaluated.
