Kayıt Dışı Ekonomi Kavramına Ortak Yaklaşım Sorunu: Makroiktisat Kapsamlı Kavramsal Analiz

Abstract

Purpose of the paper is to form common approach to term and conception of hidden economy with revealing general sides of existing different approaches in the literature. For this purpose, it has been used different methods of the theoretical analysis. Also, the methodology of system of national accounts has been accepted as basic method in forming of common approach connected with hidden economy. Our researches showed that the widest spread approach as result of the scientific searches connected with giving of common definition of hidden economy is macroeconomic approach which formed in frame of System of National Accounts. Revealing of general tendencies of usage of terms connected with hidden economy, determining of causes of diversities of approach to conception of hidden economy, designation of definite structure of hidden economy according to the macroeconomic approach, explaining of relations between hidden economy and public sector, social economy, external economies, tax evasion, corruption, bribe, dirty money, money laundering, informal employment are original aspects of the paper.
