Abstract

In this study we tried to examine the effects of Fiscal Policy on Economic Stability in Turkey. As well as theoretical relationship of variables such as economic stability, economic development and equitable income distributions, their development and application especially after 1980 in Turkey are also studied. This study investigates the causal relations between Fiscal Policy and Economic Stability for the economy of Turkey by using Unit root test, Regression analysis and a Vector Autoregression (VAR) model over the period of 1980-2006.
