Abstract

The article aims to introduce the theory of stakeholders’ concept, division and their impact on a socially responsible enterprise. The author divides the stakeholders according to the adopted scheme in the British system and then presents the importance of the group’s interaction with the organization by using the Mendelow’s and Power-Interest Grid matrixes, illustrated and discussed in details, which are the management tools for the top management of the developing organization. The article contains numerous guidelines for management helping to answer the questions: who are stakeholders, what they want and how they intend to achieve it, and thus allows managers to make the right decisions for the organization. The final stage of the interaction is the practical use of both matrixes as to present using case study method the shareholders’ division and their impact on decision-making process in Chemistry Enterprise “OLEJ”
