Abstract

The financial independency is a very important thing for harmonious development of the community. The article presents how the phenomen of financial independency was shown in literature, including in terms of its approach and aspects and factors that determine it. Moreover, it shows the structure of community incomes and the analysis of financial independency level in Mazowieckie province communities in years 2007-2013, its the highest level found in the municipalities, and the lowest in rural communities.
