Abstract

The paper presents results of the research connected with the influence of personnel procedures on unethical behavior in organizations. It presents results concerning irregularities and dysfunctions in the operation of assessment procedures, selection and introduction to work and exemptions. The thesis about the relationship between the irregularities in the application of personnel procedures and unethical behavior of employees such as fraud, sabotage, theft was placed and verified in the paper. Obtained research results lead to the conclusion which design significant challenges for HRM in the field of justice and clarity of procedures in the process of reducing unethical behavior.
