Transformacja miasta w miasto inteligentne – wyzwania dla administracji publicznej

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono problemy transformacji miast w miasta inteligentne – złożone systemy społeczne, administracyjne i techniczne. Po rysie historycznym, prezentującym ewolucję idei miasta idealnego w miasto inteligentne, i krótkim omówieniu roli miasta w społeczeństwie i gospodarce oraz cech miasta inteligentnego przedstawiono miasto jako platformę działań administracji i mieszkańców. Następnie naszkicowano główne wyzwania, przed jakimi stoi administracja samorządowa prowadząca transformację miasta w miasto inteligentne. Zakończeniem artykułu jest krótkie uzasadnienie potrzeby formułowania wskaźników związanych z miastem inteligentnym i przedstawienie roli takich wskaźników, a także prawidłowo zbudowanych architektur informacyjnych i platform otwartych danych.
