The Bet For The Quality Of Galician Company: A Descriptive Study

Abstract

The global environment and much more competitive in the one that operate the companies, it has caused that these they should look for strategies that allow them to confront with success the challenges that are presented, the quality he/she has become this way today day in one of the key variables of competitiveness that the Galician companies should incorporate to their corporate strategy. The purpose of our work is to study the grade of installation of the Quality/Administration of the Quality in the Galician companies, for that which we will carry out a descriptive analysis of the current situation -number of certified companies, used certification systems, evolution of the certifications...-, what will allow us to obtain the grade of the implementation of the quality in Autonomous Community of Galicia.
