Матросова, д. 19.Повышение профессиональной квалификации молодых педагогов и их удержание в профессии является сегодня актуальной задачей для любого региона. Профессиональная адаптация молодых педагогов в образовательных организациях в современных условиях осложняется изменениями, происходящими в самой педагогической профессии. Эти изменения, в частности, обусловливают повышение требований к психолого-педагогической компетентности педагогов, для формирования которой необходимы новые, деятельностные способы сопровождения профессионального становления молодых педагогов. В Красноярском крае с 2011 г. разворачивается практика Молодежных профессиональных педагогических игр как современный метод формирования профессиональных умений молодых педагогов, создающий условия для становления их психолого-педагогической компетентности. В статье представлены данные сравнительного исследования становления психолого-педагогической компетентности в группах молодых педагогов, участвовавших и не участвовавших в Молодежных профессиональных педагогических играх. Показано, что в экспериментальной группе, в отличие от контрольной, произошло значимое повышение показателей психолого-педагогической компетентности. Сделаны выводы о возможных способах развития психолого-педагогической компетентности молодых педагогов.
