Психологические Маркеры Успешности В Научной Работе У Студентов-Биологов

Abstract

Представлены результаты психологического исследования 90 студентов старших курсов биологического факультета МГУ и пяти докторов биологических наук. На основании экспертных оценок преподавателей выявляли по десять наиболее сильных и наиболее слабых студентов. Их сравнивали по большому числу когнитивных и личностных показателей. Показано, что успешность научной работы связана не с развитием отдельных когнитивных, коммуникативных или личностных свойств, а с их системным взаимодействием. При неустойчивости или неоптимальности этого взаимодействия эффективность научной деятельности оказывается низкой, даже если уровень развития отдельных когнитивных способностей и личностных свойств достаточно высок.DOI: 10.17323/1814-9545-2011-1-161-171
