Abstract

Внедрение новых технологий в производство вызвало изменения на рынке труда: возникновение и рост спроса на одни профессии и исчезновение других. Существующая система среднего профессионального образования не справляется с задачей подготовки кадров по специальностям, объединяющим освоение практических навыков и теоретическое обучение. Рассматривается опыт зарубежных стран по созданию практикоориентированных программ профессионального обучения, обосновывается необходимость введения аналогичных программ в российскую систему образования и анализируются варианты их внедрения.DOI: 10.17323/1814-9545-2010-4-247-267
