Результаты И Проблемы Подготовки Современного Специалиста Сквозь Призму Карьерного Роста Выпускников-Менеджеров

Abstract

Представлены результаты социологического исследования, эмпирической базой для которого послужил проведенный в 2007 г. опрос 280 специалистов, окончивших факультет менеджмента ГУ- ВШЭ в 1999-2006 гг. Анализируются факторы карьерного успеха выпускников?менеджеров, среди которых особое внимание обращается на показатели качества образования и соответствие их нынешней работы полученной специальности. Выявляются сегменты российской бизнес-среды, в наибольшей степени ориентированные на клановые или, напротив, на профессионально- квалификационные критерии карьерных продвижений. Вторая часть статьи посвящена анализу мнений респондентов о содержании учебного процесса на бизнес-факультете. В центре внимания авторов соотношение фундаментальных и прикладных знаний в структуре подготовки и их роль в становлении профессиональной карьеры выпускников.
