Школа И Знаниевое Общество В России

Abstract

В статье констатируется, что общество и экономика знаний существенно изменили требования к образованию. К предметно-ориентированному обучению добавился акцент на общее интеллектуальное развитие, поощрение креативности и самостоятельности. Знания быстро устаревают, и школа должна сформировать в ребенке понимание, что нужно стать самому себе постоянным учителем. Так происходит в странах, где движение к обществу знаний было постепенным, но даже там образовательная парадигма часто менялась не плавно, а через глубокие и быстрые реформы. В России же эта смена пришлась на послекризисную эпоху. Средняя школа понесла большие кадровые потери, без возмещения которых нельзя рассчитывать на успех реформ. В статье рассмотрены пути восстановления кадрового потенциала в среднесрочной перспективе, если удастся найти ресурсы для решения этой задачи. Обсуждаемые здесь вопросы не умозрительны, а возникли в ходе успешных практических действий работников ГУ-ВШЭ в рамках нескольких региональных экспериментов.
