Российские Вузы В Конкуренции Университетов Мирового Класса

Abstract

Правительства многих стран сегодня все больше осознают необходимость того, чтобы их лучшие университеты были в авангарде глобального интеллектуального и научного развития. В настоящей статье представлены некоторые идеи, которые могут послужить ориентирами при решении задачи обеспечения конкурентоспособности российских вузов на глобальном уровне, т.е. создания так называемых флагманских университетов. Авторы предлагают рабочее определение понятия "университет мирового класса", а затем обсуждают возможные стратегии создания такого университета. Анализируется российская специфика решения таких задач, как привлечение лучших учащихся и академических кадров, надлежащее финансирование высшей школы и обеспечение оптимальных схем административного управления.
