Молодежные Волнения Во Франции: Проблемы Иммиграции И Образования

Abstract

В статье анализируются беспорядки во Франции в конце 2005 - начале 2006 г. Автор противопоставляет традиционные, "классические" для Европы выступления студентов и хулиганствующий бунт окраин. При этом манифестации студентов расцениваются как один из способов выражения свободы слова и влияния общества на государство, а волнения иммигрантов - как последствие ряда серьезных политических просчетов в отношении к иммиграции, в деятельности правоохранительных органов, в сфере образования. Эти ошибки привели к появлению нового социального слоя с особенным самосознанием, которое сравнивается с самосознанием "трудного подростка". Автор рассматривает меры, предпринимавшиеся французским правительством для изменения ситуации, а также проводит сопоставление с современной ситуацией в России.
