Государственные Образовательные Стандарты Высшего Профессионального Образования И Болонский Процесс

Abstract

В последние 2-3 года проблематика, связанная с Болонским процессом, заняла значительное место в публикациях и научных конференциях по проблемам высшего образования как в Европе, так и в России. Основные направления дискуссий определяются Болонской декларацией. Это, в первую очередь, создание единого европейского образовательного пространства и обеспечение его конкурентоспособности. Возможно, обеспечение конкурентоспособности необходимо поставить на первое место. Заметим, что конкурентоспособность предполагает и конкуренцию с российским образованием. Об этой основной цели почему%то очень мало говорят, подменяя ее задачами. Но если участвовать в Болонском процессе, то прежде всего необходимо иметь в виду цель и через нее рассматривать весь комплекс задач, связанных с Болонским процессом. Тогда цель нашего участия в Болонском процессе может звучать так: Россия должна обеспечить конкурентоспособность своей системы высшего профессионального образования как на европейском, так и мировом рынках труда.
