Некоторые Итоги Исследования Системы Детского Дошкольного Образования

Abstract

В данной статье представлен материал, полученный в процессе реализации научно-исследовательского проекта «Формирование системы мониторинга экономики образования» и отражающий некоторые аспекты функционирования системы дошкольного образования в РФ. В 2003 году произошло расширение мониторинга по институциональному и по региональному охвату. В качестве «пилотных» регионов были выбраны не только Пермская и Ярославская области, исследования в которых проводились и в 2002 году, но также Москва и Красноярский край, как регионы, кардинально различающиеся по своему социально-экономическому развитию. Расширение институционального характера происходило за счет включения в анализ рынков дошкольного образования и дополнительного образования детей. Это позволило получить более полное представление о состоянии экономики образования в стране.
