Образование Стран Европейского Союза Устремлено В Будущее

Abstract

С момента зарождения Болонского процесса наша страна внимательно изучала причины его возникновения и перспективы развития. На целом ряде общероссийских конференций был сделан вывод: Болонский процесс - это реалистический общеевропейский проект, который направлен на повышение эффективности национальных образовательных систем, усиление их взаимосвязи с непосредственными нуждами общества и увеличение вклада высшего образования в экономическое и инновационное развитие. Кроме того, Болонский процесс создает новую по своим характеристикам и возможностям среду общеевропейского общения, обеспечивая новые перспективы для диалога и сотрудничества в самом широком спектре. Именно поэтому академическая общественность, Министерство образования России, представители обеих палат Федерального собрания Российской Федерации на общенациональной конференции, состоявшейся в Санкт-Петербургском государственном университете в декабре 2003 года, приняли решение присоединиться к Болонскому процессу.
