Модель Совершенной Конкуренции И Рынок Высшего Образования

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена фундаментальной проблеме применимости рыночной модели к формированию политики в области образования. Ее актуальность вызвана попытками повысить эффективность высшего образования за счет внедрения в сферу высшего образования рыночной модели. Конкретно это выражается в политике предоставления стипендий студентам как потребителям рынка высшего образования, которая проводится в настоящее время в США. В результате авторы такой политики надеются повысить конкурентность рынка высшего образования (что они рассматривают как безусловно позитивное изменение), дать студентам дополнительные возможности выбора и повлиять на эффективность учебного процесса, повысить его соответствие требованиям рынка труда. Мы сомневаемся, что на этом пути возможны позитивные изменения. Аргументы в защиту нашей точки зрения представлены в настоящей статье.
