Источники И Последствия Наличия Мотивации К Государственной Службе (Public Service Motivation): Обзор Исследовательской Области

Abstract

Цель данной статьи - знакомство читателя с исследованиями в области "мотивации к государственной службе" (public service motivation, далее - PSM), их историей и современными направлениями. Исследований, посвященных PSM, множество. Но российскому читателю эта тематическая область знакома недостаточно: так, только в последние годы появились переводы на русский язык основного исследовательского инструмента - шкалы PSM. В мировой науке о государственном управлении исследования PSM давно стали общепризнанными и обзавелись собственными классиками. В данном обзоре мы знакомим читателя с этой литературой, а также с теми направлениями, в которых развиваются исследования PSM. Мы включаем в наш обзор и немногочисленные существующие на сегодняшний день российские публикации и воспроизводим перевод шкалы PSM.
