Abstract

В сравнении с формализованным судебным разбирательством досудебное внесудебное) обжалование решений и действий (бездействий) органов исполнительнойвласти существенно ускоряет и упрощает процедуры разрешения конфликтов между органами публичного управления и частными лицами. Значительное расширение способов урегулирования административных конфликтов, альтернативных судебному разбирательству, предполагающих применение более простых и гибких процедур и позволяющих добиться довольно быстрого и менее дорогостоящего урегулирования, остается наиболее актуальной и перспективной задачей нынешнего этапа административной и судебной реформ. Вв настоящей статье раскрываются особенности и недостатки текущего регулирования института досудебного (внесудебного) обжалования решений и действий (бездействий) органов публичного управления.
