Сущность Страхования Интеллектуальной Собственности И Его Роль В Современной Экономике

Abstract

Статья посвящена теоретическому анализу сущности и механизма страхования интеллектуальной собственности. Исследовано содержание и особенности отношений интеллектуальной собственности и их роль в общественном воспроизводстве. Рассмотрена классификация объектов и субъектов интеллектуальной собственности. Проанализирована сущность, задания и функции страхования интеллектуальной собственности. Определены предпосылки возникновения страхования интеллектуальной собственности, а также охарактеризованы риски распоряжения правами интеллектуальной собственности и коммерциализации результатов интеллектуальной деятельности, которые подлежат страхованию. Исследованы основные виды страхования интеллектуальной собственности и проанализированы проблемы его развития в Украине.
