Оценка Национального Богатства И Ее Использование В Странах С Переходной Экономикой

Abstract

Мощность экономики и ее возможности могут быть измерены с помощью различных методик и многочисленных макропоказателей. Определение национального богатства дает возможность выявить не только накопленные ресурсы, но также предоставляет реальные возможности страны и путь к измерению устойчивого развития. Измерение богатства для стран с переходной экономи- кой могло бы показать в долгосрочной перспективе рациональность развития, сопоставление структуры национальных богатств и ее компонентов для разных стран. Две методологии (Система национальных счетов и измерение богатства Всемирным банком) и сравнение полученных результатов обсуждаются в статье.
