Abstract

Problems of using of scientific and technical clusters as the platform for the development of youth science are considered. The current state of a system of scientific and technical clusters and their place in the economic system of the Russian Federation is analyzed. The efficiency of functioning of clusters and potential of their development as an instrument of youth science development is considered. The main modern scientific approaches to studying of cluster structures interrelation and science are provided. A number of structural and regulatory changes are proposed to improve the cluster system. В статье обозначены проблемы использования научно-технических кластеров в качестве платформы развития молодежной науки. Анализируется современное состояние системы научно-технических кластеров и их место в экономической системе Российской Федерации. Рассматриваются эффективность функционирования кластеров и потенциал их развития как инструменты развития молодежной науки. Представлены основные современные научные подходы к изучению взаимосвязи кластерных структур и науки. Предлагается ряд структурных и нормативных изменений в целях совершенствования системы кластеров.
