Качество управления предприятием: проблемы, пути повышения // The Quality of Managing the Enterprise: the Problems, the Ways of Raising Efficiency

According to numerous scientists’ and company leaders’ points of view the modern state of enterprises’ management quality at macro- and microeconomic level does not correspond to time requirements and demands to search for the ways of its raising. Being a multilevel concept the enterprise’s management quality depends on among other leaders’ competence, enterprise’s adaptation to environment changes and its competitiveness. As the major ways of solving the problems of raising the management quality it is suggested to change the cadre policy, to implement the managerial innovations, to be concentrated on providing coherence in the work of the administrative staff machinery, to use the ways of formal and informal management. По мнению многих ученых и руководителей компаний, современное состояние качества управления предприятий на макро- и микроэкономическом уровне не соответствует требованиям времени и требует поиска путей его повышения. Являясь многоуровневым понятием, качество управления предприятием зависит в том числе от компетентности руководителей, адаптации предприятия к изменениям внешней среды и его конкурентоспособности. В качестве основных путей решения проблемы повышения качества управления предлагается изменить кадровую политику, внедрять управленческие инновации, концентрироваться на обеспечении согласованности в работе управленческого аппарата, применять способы формального и неформального менеджмента.
