Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема регулирования трудовой мобильности на рынке труда Омской области как условие социально-экономического развития региона. Сформулированы конкурентные преимущества Омской области в плане формирования и развития трудовой мобильности рабочей силы. Проанализированы основные показатели рынка труда исследуемого региона. Предложены направления развития трудовой мобильности рабочей силы. The paper addresses the issue of regulation of labor mobility in the labor market of the Omsk region. This is one of the conditions for socio-economic development of the region. Formulated competitive advantages of the Omsk region in terms of the formation and development of the labor mobility of the workforce. Analysis of the main indicators of the region under study conducted in the labor market. Direction of the development of labor mobility of labor offered.
