Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы оценки эффективности инновационных региональных систем. В настоящее время необходимо принятие адекватных мер по стимулированию инновационной деятельности в стране с целью выделения объектов направления государственных средств и разработки методики для формирования программ по ее поддержке. При этом важно учесть существующие региональные особенности и вклад каждого региона в формирование общей национальной инновационной системы. This article considers the problem of evaluating the effectiveness of regional systems of innovation. At the present time is necessary to take adequate measures to stimulate innovation in the country to highlight the direction of the objects of public funds and to develop methods for the formation of programs to support it. It is important to take into account existing regional characteristics and the contribution of each region in the formation of the overall national innovation system.
