Abstract

Проблемы развития жилищного строительства и повышения жилищной обеспеченности граждан России, по-прежнему, являются актуальными для России. В работе на основе статистического аппарата проведен сравнительный анализ состояния сферы строительства жилья и жилищных условий населения в РФ и ее субъектах. Выявлена высокая степень региональной дифференциации по уровню развития жилищного строительства. Сделан вывод о том, что оценка региональной дифференциации является важным и полезным инструментом при принятии управленческих решений. RF housing development and RF citizens housing provision improvement are still the problems of great importance for RF as a whole. The comparative analysis was carried out of the state of housing construction and living conditions both in RF and its subjects by means of the statistical apparatus. The high degree of regional differentiation was revealed in terms of housing development. It was thus concluded, that the regional differentiation assessment is an important and useful tool for management decisions.
