Инновационная деятельность как средство стимулирования деловой активности в сельском хозяйстве // Innovative Activity as a Tool for Business Promotion in Agriculture

The innovation policy is a lever to overcome the recession in the economy and saturate the market with competitive domestic products. The agro-industrial complex (AIC) is the largest of the national economic sectors. The subject of the research is ways to invigorate the agricultural industry by using innovative approaches. The purpose of the research was intensification of the scientific and technological progress gains utilization based on innovative processes. Ensuring the efficient operation of economic entities in the agroindustrial complex along with the introduction of new approaches to making management decisions and innovative activities are impossible without increasing the business activity of agricultural enterprises, which requires an adequate balance of working capital. At the same time, the efficiency of the working capital management is critical for the business activity of a company that primarily depends on whether the working capital has a high turnover. Инновационная политика является рычагом, с помощью которого возможно преодолеть спад в экономике и насытить рынок отечественной конкурентоспособной продукцией. Агропромышленный комплекс (АПК) — самый крупный из основных комплексов в экономике страны. Предмет исследования — способы стимулирования сельскохозяйственной индустрии путем использования инновационных подходов. Цель работы — интенсификация использования результатов научно-технического прогресса на основе инновационных процессов. Обеспечение эффективной деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов АПК, внедрение новых подходов к принятию управленческих решений и инновационной деятельности невозможны без повышения уровня деловой активности сельхозпредприятий, что требует необходимого соотношения оборотных средств. В то же время от эффективного управления оборотными средствами зависит деловая активность организации, которая определяется прежде всего скоростью их оборота.
