Трансформация сущности банка и банковской системы в контексте генезиса сущности денег и денежной системы // Transformation of the Essence of a Bank and a Banking System in the Context of the Genesis of the Essence of Money and the Monetary System

The purpose of the paper is to provide arguments for the statement that despite the fulfillment of their lending function, banks are not actually credit institutions. Their essence does not reduce to simple enumeration of functions; it is rather the belonging to the monetary system of the country. The genesis of the latter was accompanied by the transformation of the former. Without understanding this organic connection, it is impossible to reveal the essence of banks and the banking system and, hence, it is impossible to understand how a modern banking system should be organized, or what its operation should be directed at. The subject of the study is the banking system. The paper concludes that in the modern monetary system the banking system plays the role of a functioning national currency intended to provide conditions for a stable balanced development of the market (country) as a result of the national gross income formation. Цель статьи - аргументация тезиса о том, что банки, несмотря на выполнение ими кредитной функции, не являются в сущности кредитными учреждениями. Их суть вообще не сводится к простому перечислению функций; она определяется принадлежностью к денежной системе страны. По мере генезиса последней происходила трансформация первой функции. Без понимания этой органической связи невозможно выявление сути банков, банковской системы, а значит, невозможно и понимание того, как должна быть устроена современная банковская система, на что должно быть направлено ее функционирование. Предмет исследования - банковская система. В статье сделан вывод, что суть банковской системы в условиях современной денежной системы заключается в том, что она является функционирующим национальным дензнаком, призванным обеспечивать условия для устойчивого равновесного развития рынка (страны), что происходит вследствие создания национального валового дохода.
