Abstract

Based on the analysis of the Guidelines for the Single State Monetary Policy in 2018 and for 2019-2020 adopted by the Bank of Russia and in terms of the purposes and ways of the credit market development, it can be concluded that the role of credit as a tool of money resource redistribution and increasing the efficiency of reproduction processes in the national economy is underestimated. In view of the above, the transformation of managerial approaches aimed at maintaining the proportional and stable development of the banking system and the credit market was chosen as the subject of the research. The purpose of the research was to offer an approach to regulation of the banking system activities based on proportions of the credit market development. Based on the research findings, it is concluded that the regulation of the credit market in accordance with the revealed proportions of its development is one of the conditions for achieving stability.
