Abstract

The article analyzes certain financial and economic aspects of the investment climate in Russia in the context of import phase-out policy. The subject of research is to examine the relationship between financial and economic aspects of investment climate creation and import phase-out policy.The article considers problems connected with transition to the import phase-out policy, existing internal and external constraints including those related to the impact of Russia Bank’s monetary policy on the investment climate in the Russian Federation.On the basis of a critical analysis it is concluded that it is necessary to radically change the approach to the selection of investment areas as well as criteria for evaluating investment activities. Статья посвящена анализу некоторых финансово-экономических аспектов инвестиционного климата в России в контексте политики импортозамещения. Предмет исследования - взаимосвязь финансово-экономических аспектов формирования российского инвестиционного климата и политики импортозамещения.В статье рассматриваются задачи перехода к политике импортозамещения, имеющиеся на этом пути внутренние и внешние ограничения, в том числе связанные с проводимой Банком России денежно-кредитной политикой и ее влиянием на инвестиционный климат Российской Федерации.На основе проведенного критического анализа сделан вывод о необходимости кардинального изменения подхода к выбору направлений инвестирования и критериев оценки инвестиционной деятельности.
