Мирохозяйственные Уклады В Глобальном Экономическом Развитии

Abstract

В ряде недавних работ (Глазьев, 2015а, 2015б, 2015в) автор уже высказывал предположение о том, что наблюдаемая в настоящее время эскалация международной военно-политической напряженности обусловлена сменой технологических и мирохозяйственных укладов, в ходе которых происходит глубокая структурная перестройка экономики на основе принципиально новых технологий и институтов. В такие периоды, как показывает исторический опыт, происходит резкая дестабилизация системы международных отношений. Разрушение старого и формирование нового миропорядка сопровождается сменой лидеров мирового экономического развития, которая до сих пор опосредовалась мировыми войнами. Если закономерности смены технологических укладов, образующих производственно-технологическую основу длинных волн Кондратьева сравнительно хорошо изучены (Глазьев, 1993, 2010), то процесс периодической смены мирохозяйственных укладов, составляющих институциональную основу вековых циклов накопления, остается пока гипотезой. В настоящей статье предпринимается попытка ее обоснования, а также исследования взаимной связи между технологическими и институциональными изменениями.
