К Оценке Стоимости Замещения Человеческого Капитала Сотрудника Компании

Abstract

Предложен подход к оценке стоимости замещения человеческого капитала (ЧК) сотрудника компании, основанный на учете двух составляющих его потенциального дохода: основного дохода, который он может получать при эффективном использовании его ЧК и нулевой экономической прибыли компании, и дополнительного дохода, который обусловлен экономической прибылью компании (положительной или отрицательной) как мерой эффективности применения ЧК данного работника в совокупности с ЧК других сотрудников компании. При этом задействуются методы оценки ЧК сотрудника компании, ранее предложенные в (Айвазян, Афанасьев, 2012).
