Эргодические Модели Износа Машин И Оборудования

Abstract

Для стоимостной оценки износа машин и оборудования применен метод дисконтирования денежных потоков. В предложенной модификации этот метод не требует прогнозирования технико-экономических показателей машины на предстоящий период ее эксплуатации. Он дает формулы для оценки износа, которые можно достаточно точно согласовать с данными о ценах реальных сделок с машинами разного возраста. Данный метод позволяет обобщить известную формулу Львова и применить ее для оценки стоимости новой или подержанной машины путем корректировки стоимости ее аналога.
