Производственные Функции Газодобывающей Промышленности Тюменской Области И Дочерних Обществ Оао "Газпром" В 1993-2007 Гг

Abstract

Проведено экономстричсскос исследование производственных функций газодобывающей промышленности Тюменской области в целом и находящихся на ее территории дочерних обществ ОАО "Газпром" за 1993-2007 гг. Установлено, что эластичность добычи природного газа по труду у производственной функции по дочерним обществам ОАО "Газпром" равна средней за эти годы доле заработной платы с начислениями в их затратах на добычу газа и, следовательно, предельная норма замещения труда капиталом равна отношению цен факторов производства. На этом основании сделано заключение о парето-эффективном использовании факторов производства и минимизации затрат на добычу газа дочерними обществами ОАО "Газпром", а также о неэффективности (при прочих равных условиях) какого-либо разделения газодобывающего сектора ОАО "Газпром" Тюменской области на независимые компании.
