Валовая Заменимость И Сравнительная Статика Многозначного Спроса На Рынках С Трением: Закон Хикса, Парадоксы Налогообложения

Abstract

Рассматривается модель общего равновесия системы рынков с "трением" (налоги, таможенные барьеры, издержки сделок, запреты покупок и продаж). Найдены достаточные условия в терминах исходных параметров, выполнения свойств валовой заменимости, закона Вальраса, а также условия, накладываемые на параметры модели и на область цен, при которых отображение спроса подчиняется закону Хикса. В этом случае, при дополнительных условиях, зависимость равновесной цены любого товара от налога на него, или от его запаса, оказывается монотонно невозрастающим отображением. Построены также "парадоксальные" примеры роста объемов торговли и полезностей благодаря увеличению налогов.
