Оценка Фундаментальной Стоимости Нефтяных Месторождений: Метод Реальных Опционов

Abstract

Предлагается модель расчета фундаментальной стоимости месторождений нефти различных категорий на основе метода реальных опционов. Данный подход позволяет оценить значение оптимального управления в условиях высокой волатильности цен на нефть, а также учесть такие специфические особенности нефтяных компаний, как качественное различие нефтяных месторождений по степени их освоенности и зависимость динамики добычи от степени истощения.
