Модель Формирования Распределения Населения России По Величине Среднедушевого Дохода (Экспертно-Статистический Подход)

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема анализа и моделирования механизма формирования распределения российского населения по величине среднедушевого дохода. Учет специфики "переходного" периода российской экономики, включающей в себя, в частности, феномен присутствия значительной доли скрытых доходов и практическую невозможность получения представительных и достоверных исходных статистических данных, обусловливает необходимость зкспертно-статистического подхода и целесообразность рассмотрения пятикомпонентной модели смеси логарифмически-нормальных законов для описания реального распределения населения Российской Федерации по доходу. Предложены обоснование такой структуры модели и методика ее экспертно-статистического анализа. Описываются результаты экспериментальной апробации предложенной методики на данных сентября–октября 1996 г.
