Abstract

В статье рассматривается сущность социального пакета, дается обзор подходов к его определению. Авторы предлагают рассматривать социальный пакет как универсальную систему стимулирующих выплат, направленную на формирование кадрового потенциала организации. В статье проводится анализ структуры социального пакета и факторов, влияющих на его формирование. Проводится анализ влияния оценки условий труда и формирования социального пакет в учреждениях здравоохранения Свердловской области.
