Информационная Асимметрия На Рынке Труда В Современной Российской Экономике

Abstract

В статье рассмотрен двоякий подход к проявлению информационной асимметрии на рынке труда. С одной стороны, экономисты защищают интересы работодателей, имея в виду, что работники способны скрывать всю истинную информацию по поводу как своей квалификации, так и человеческого капитала и других производственных возможностях. С другой стороны, существует менее распространенное мнение о том, что за обман несет ответственность работодатель, используя информационную асимметрию, которая подрывает доверие работников к работодателям как в технико-эргономических условиях труда, так и в его оплате.
