Abstract

В статье раскрыты особенности формирования имиджа персонала угольных предприятий в современных социально-экономических условиях. Обозначены проблемы, связанные с психологической готовностью управленческого персонала к корпоративной социальной ответственности. Представлен анализ специфики управления имиджем предприятиями угольной промышленности.
