Разработка Математической Модели Управления Показателями Бизнес-Процессов На Предприятии

Abstract

Исследование основывается на применение эконометрических инструментов для прогнозирования макроэкономических индикаторов, а так же на методе нечетких множеств для разработки математической модели менеджмента показателей. В результате исследования был сформирован полноценный математический аппарат, позволяющий принимать решения о корректировке показателей отдельных бизнес-процессов на предприятии. Помимо этого, модель дает возможность менеджменту организации закладывать ожидаемый риск, способствуя превентивному управлению.
