Развитие Кооперативных Связей Как Фактор Фундаментального Снижения Транзакционных Издержек

Abstract

Статья отражает роль современной кооперации и ее методик в минимизации транзакционных статей расходов частных российских компаний и государственного сектора. Выдвигается гипотеза о возможности тотальной экономии широкого спектра ресурсов множества экономических субъектов. Приводится западный опыт в решении проблемы и его результаты. Основное внимание автор акцентирует на автоматизации деловых процессов и максимизации кооперационной вовлеченности всех заинтересованных экономических субъектов, на мониторинге рыночного процесса, на основе чего и выдвигается гипотеза о последующей минимизации возникновения коррупционных, «откатных» и т.п. схем, что позволяет достичь значительной экономии бюджетных средств при реализации государственных заказов.
