Модель Бизнес-Процесса Подготовки Руководителя-Менеджера Учреждения Среднего Профессионального Образования

Abstract

В условиях модернизации образования руководство учреждениями системы среднего профессионального образования подвергается изменениям, и имеет большое значение как фактор, определяющий цели, задачи и стратегию развития учреждения. В современных условиях руководитель расценивается как менеджер. В настоящей работе рассмотрено применение модели бизнес-процесса подготовки руководителя-менеджера учреждения среднего профессионального образования. Сделан вывод о том, что в результате применения системы бизнес-процессов успешно формируются профессиональные компетенции менеджера, а совокупность логически связанных бизнес-процессов позволяет организовать бизнес-процесс с учетом личных особенностей обучающихся.
