Совершенствование Метода Принятия Инвестиционных Решений На Основе Оценки Потенциала Осуществления Инвестиционных Проектов Строительного Предприятия

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются три стадии принятия инвестиционных решений, направленных на развитие социально-экономической системы. При этом для оценки качественных факторов используются инструменты квантово-механической методологии. Кроме того, методика оценки включает поправку результата с учетом уровня энтропии внешней среды.
