Abstract

В представленной статье предложен теоретический подход к оценке социальной эффективности инвестиционных проектов, осуществляющихся в условиях государственно-частных партнерств. Разработанный подход основан на методах инвестиционного и стратегического анализа, он позволяет выявить и обосновать основные критерии для оценки социальной эффективности инвестиционных проектов государственно-частных партнерств на уровне региона. Также в работе уточнено определение понятия социальной эффективности.
