Abstract

Инновационная деятельность является приоритетной целью стратегического развития каждого государства, стремящегося обеспечить высокий уровень качества жизни населения и повысить свой экономический потенциал. Это один из важнейших параметров, влияющих на повышение конкурентоспособности отечественныхорганизаций и эффективности экономики страны вцелом.
