Abstract

В статье предложена система оценки внутреннего бенчмаркинга вертикально-интегрированной компании, которая базируется на ситуационном подходе в целях исследования работы своих подразделений и определения факторов, влияющих на деятельности. Предложенная система комбинированной оценки внутреннего бенчмаркинга, способна предоставить необходимую количественную и качественную характеристику различных сторон деятельности вертикально-интегрированной компании с целью выявления возможности дальнейшего совершенствования.
