Abstract

У статті досліджуються кризові тенденції системи матеріального стимулювання службової діяльності військовослужбовців. Особлива увага приділяється зменшенню питомої ваги основних видів грошового забезпечення і, як наслідок, зниженню їх стимулюючої ролі у системі грошового забезпечення військовослужбовців.В статье исследуются кризисные тенденции системы материального стимулирования служебной деятельности военнослужащих. Особое внимание уделяется уменьшению удельного веса основных видов денежного довольствия и, как следствие, снижению их стимулирующей роли в системе денежного довольствия военнослужащих.
